Upon arrival cycled system on and off and Fan shut off as it should. System operating as it should upon departure
Need to find leak and add more refrigerant.
Performed an inspection on 2008 package unit. No cool air upon arrival but blowing hot air. Checked all electrical components and pressures. Found bad fan motor and system low on Freon. Created an estimate to get system functioning properly for customer if they were to purchase house.
Found pee trap plugged up cleared drain and restarted system, system operating properly.
Faulty Thermostat causing heat and AC to come on at same time. Customer will replace thermostat themselves. Left white wire unhooked so heat didn’t engaged when AC is on
Performed PTU and cleaned outdoor system. Outdoor unit is 20 years old R22 system but customer has home warranty so isn’t going to replace until it completely quits. System is operating as it should upon departure
Upon arrival found bio growth in supply and return air ducts checked all components cleaned condenser equipment operating upon departure
Installed 40 gallon electric water heater with expansion tank... 5yr parts and 5 yr labor
Customer had an issue which turned call into no cooling call. Thermostat did not have batteries nor is gas connected to the house to heat the home.
Arrived call. Replaced customers filter. It is a 16 x 26 x 5 filter. It does have to be gotten from the Lennox supply house.
Found refrigerate leak on rotor lock of compressor, on outdoor unit for office. They chose to have employees replace outdoor unit
Outdoor unit has broken pad that is causing unit to lean causing permanent and irreversible damage to the compressor. The indoor system has bacterial growth all throughout the air handler creating stress on the blowing motor and restriction in the evaporator coil. Evaporator coil is rusted out and in poor condition.
Upon arrival to a FCCPTU call. The technician arrived on this date to perform a TSR and found no issues with the system. A stage (2-5) year performing great. The system looked brand new, the breathe east is keeping the system clean. Everything is working properly upon departure.
